By accessing and using Porch, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Porch for personal or commercial community management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Community Management

As a community admin or moderator, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payment Terms

Credits purchased on the platform are non-refundable. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
